Name the Team Form Submission Conditions

Each Participant who submits a Team Name agrees that his or her Team Name is an original work of authorship and he or she owns all right, title and interest in the Team Name as of the date of submission. Participant assigns all Participant Rights, including copyright rights, in the Team Name submission to the Team and grants permission for the Team, the other entities to publish or publicize all or part of the Team Name, and without compensation or consideration.
